Singapore citizens or permanent residents aged 60 years or above may apply for the personalised Senior Citizen New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) and enjoy concessionary travel.

Application of Senior Citizen New ez-link card (CEPAS Card)

You may fill in and submit the Senior Citizen New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) Application Form (also found here) at any TransitLink Ticket Office. Please attach a photocopy of your NRIC (front and reverse) and a colour passport-sized photograph to the Application Form. Your Senior Citizen New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) will subsequently be sent to you by post.

Senior Citizen New ez-link card (CEPAS Card) Activation

To start using your Senior New ez-link card (CEPAS Card), please proceed to any TransitLink Ticket Office to activate the card by paying the refundable travel deposit ($3), Personalisation Fee($3) and topping up a minimum travel value of $10.
